Ask someone to help you to achieve this position, with buttocks close to the wall.

Let the bad leg slide down the wall, passively increasing flexion - and then use the good leg to achieve a few extra degrees and also to help the bad leg up again.
Lying wall slides are knee rehabilitation exercises to improve flexion - 'facilitated' exercises use the good leg to help gain deeper flexion.

It is a simple exercise, but you may need a helper to help you get your legs into the starting position alongside the wall, perhaps next to a doorway.
