Epicondyle
Written by

An epicondyle is a bony bump or 'knuckle' upon a rounded end (or condyle) of a bone.
On the
lateral
side the epicondyle of the
femur
is the site of attachment of the
fibular collateral ligament
. On the
medial
side it is where the tendinous part of
adductor
magnus attaches.
