Assisted flexion is a knee rehabilitation exercise where the good leg acts as a helper to increase the flexion.

Regaining range of motion after knee injury or surgery

Knee stiffness is common after knee injury or surgery. Fluid inside the joint as well as tissue inflammation cause pain and stiffness. Sticky adhesions may gum up normally-mobile tissue spaces and add to the problem.
